Return & Refund Policy
At Syraah, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@syraahworld.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange the reverse pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
📌 Please note: An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a refund or new product dispatch in cases of wrong product delivery or empty box delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
An unboxing video is required to initiate a refund or new product dispatch for wrong product delivery and empty box delivery.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized leather products
- Items made on special request
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products showing signs of wear and tear
- Items without original tags and packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or international orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product.
If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will need to pay the differential amount, if applicable. If the differential amount is less, the balance will be refunded accordingly.
We do not accept exchange requests on international orders.
All exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
Please note that the approved refund amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s account within 15 business days from the date of approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
