Order Cancellation – Domestic Orders (India)

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to process any cancellation requests. To cancel an order, customers must email us at contact@syraahworld.com with their order number for quick assistance.

Order Cancellation – International Orders

For international shipments, we do not offer order cancellations once the purchase has been completed. All international orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery, and therefore cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request for a domestic order is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 15 business days. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on the payment provider or bank. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellations will only be accepted through our official email. Requests made through social media or any other platform will not be processed.
